Stallholder 2018 Applications Now Open – closing date 28 Feb 2018
To further reduce our carbon footprint all applications are online only.

We are looking for applicants to provide a wide-range of high-quality, sustainable, thrifty and unique products for the Festival visitors to Kirkleatham on 22 & 23 September. If you would like to apply for a pitch please complete this online form. Due to the number of applications that we receive not all applications will be successful.

Stall Application Details – all stallholders must comply with relevant trading standards and hold valid up PLI Insurance.
Non-food: £165 +VAT = £198
Food Producers: £180 +VAT=£216 (Note that food producers must have a 5 star hygiene rating)

Electricity £20 +VAT subject to limited availability. Sorry but own generators are NOT permitted.

Deadline for stall applications 28th February 2018
Selections finalised by 31st March 2018
Full Payment is required by 30th April 2018

We are working with colleagues in Redcar & Cleveland Council to ensure that all traders comply with relevant legislation, CE certification and trading standards. Here are the trading standards and compliance details.

Caterers – we aim to offer exceptional foods for our visitors and ensure we have a wide range of foods at the Festival including for visitors with specialist dietary requirements. For any catering enquiries please email to express an interest.
