If you already make bread but want to improve your proving and attempt something adventurous then this is for you. Spend two hours with an artisan bread expert and pick up enough doughy know-how to last a lifetime.
You’ll make several breads including sourdough plus there will be an introduction to outdoor baking – learning about rocket stoves, board and stone baked bread, earth ovens and more. Bring your coat and brolly! With artisan baker Adrian Clarke.
