Please attach a copy of your Public Liability Insurance - even if this runs out before the festival (we will require a copy of your renewal before you can attend the festival). Please ensure you send your PLI and not your Employers Liability Insurance
Please enter the date your PLI expires here (if it expires before the festival we will require you to send an updated copy of your PLI upon renewal.)

Marketing Materials

Please provide a description of your business to be used in the Festival publicity & on our website.

Travel Information

Please inform us if you require more than 1 parking pass
(Include any return journeys made to and from festival over the weekend – this data is only used to calculate our overall carbon footprint, not as part of the selection process.)
