We will be reviewing EOIs from 23rd February 2026, and you will be informed of our decision by latest 4th May 2026. If you have not had a response by then, please get in touch with morgan@festivalofthrift.co.uk asap, as there may be an issue with your online submission.

Here we want to hear about how your products meet our sustainable criteria, where you source your materials/ingredients, any eco-certifications. The more detail you provide the better we can understand your business and promote it on our website and socials
(Please refer to our T&Cs - we do not allow single use plastics or non-compostable/recyclable packing onsite.)
Please attach a copy of your latest Food Hygiene Inspection. It must show the date of your most recent inspection which must be within 2 years. If you are due an inspection soon or are do not usually receive your inspection this frequently please add to additional comments at the end.

Due to popularity we have increased capacity for Table or Rail pitches. Your table(s) will be either indoors or in a shared large gazebo space. You will be notified of your location on approval of your application.

What is Included: Festival supplied pre-erected 3x3 gazebo, 1 6’ trestle & 1 chair

Please note that we reserve the right to select your location for aesthetics, spacing and prevention of duplication of product offer. However, please feel free to contact us if you have a strong preference for either the park or the town and we will take this into consideration.

Power Requirements

(Power will be charged by connection for the weekend per 16amp or 32amp):

NOTE: If you are selected, we will then require a FULL breakdown IN WATTS of all the electrical appliances you will be bringing to the event. We will then invoice for power accordingly. Please note that even if you are using gas to cook your food, you may still require electricity for your lighting.

Please note that we do not allow traders to bring their own generators to site. 

The site gets pretty busy on set-up days so, to try and avoid queues, we’d like to allocate you an arrival slot. We will do our best to accommodate requests for specific times but cannot guarantee availability. We will confirm your arrival time in your joining instructions.
