Please note that we reserve the right to select your location for aesthetics, spacing and prevention of duplication of product offer. However, please feel free to contact us if you have a strong preference for either the park or the town and we will take this into consideration.

NOTE: If you are selected, we will then require a FULL breakdown IN WATTS of all the electrical appliances you will be bringing to the event. We will then invoice for power accordingly. Please note that even if you are using gas to cook your food, you may still require electricity for your lighting.

Please note that we do not allow traders to bring their own generators to site. 

The site gets pretty busy on set-up days so, to try and avoid queues, we’d like to allocate you an arrival slot. We will do our best to accommodate requests for specific times but cannot guarantee availability. We will confirm your arrival time in your joining instructions.
