Caps Off Kitchen was born from the ethos of simple, great local produce. We aim to bring you fresh and bold street food. All our food is freshly made, our chicken is locally sourced, hand coated in our signature cornflake crust before frying then placed onto one of our brioche buns. All our chicken is brined in our Caps Off Gin & Tonic Brine for 24hours. We care about the environment with our eco friendly packaging which is recyclable and compositable!
