Pitch Prices (all for the weekend and include VAT):
- 6ft Trestle table (in the marquee) = £100
- 3x3m pitch only = £230
- 3×3 pitch with Festival gazebo hire (includes table and chair) = £350
- Catering pitches from £533
- Hot drinks pitches from £300
- Bar pitches from £345
Add ons are available like additional tables or chairs, and we charge separately for power by connection.

Traders will be notified of decisions by 30 May 2025.
Please note this is a rolling application and we are assessing applications on a first come first served basis, so apply early to avoid disappointment.
