BSL on the Sunday performance.
Step into the world of sustainable style as three leading North East fashion creatives take to the Festival of Thrift catwalk. Beth Wilson Embroidery, 8 Ball Custom Vintage, and Friday Vintage will each present a live runway and share their brand story, giving you a behind-the-scenes insight into their design process, inspiration, and commitment to upcycling.
From embroidered suits to upcycled curtains-turned-clothing, this live showcase celebrates creativity, resourcefulness, and conscious consumption. Just like Vinted brought second-hand shopping online, this show brings it to life; watch the looks, hear the stories, and shop the rails directly from the brands.
And the best part? After each catwalk, you can shop the pieces directly at the brand stalls, bringing the IRL “Vinted” experience straight to you (minus the seller fees).
Beth Wilson, 2025’s Tees Valley Artist of the Year Winner, will also host a pop-up embroidery station, giving audiences the chance to emblazon, upcycle and personalise their thrifts.
