Get inspired for your own tasty cooking in the great outdoors….well in the back garden at least!   

Yellow Zone – between The Stables and the Toasting Gate field 

Some tasty, thrifty, and inspiring recipes all cooked in front of you in the great outdoors, using a variety of techniques and methods you can easily replicate at home.  

Richard, our campfire expert, will be creating a delicious vegetarian offer, as well as demonstrating the hot smoking of vegetables, while Adrian, our wild baker, will be making a range of flat breads and stuffed naans to accompany Richard’s dishes.  Participants will even get to try their hand at making ‘twisty bread’ on the brazier. 

Plus, everyone gets a wrapped set of veggie dishes and flat bread to take home! 

Note we will all be suitably socially distanced, but everyone will get to see and hear the full demonstrations.  

Suitable for 10 years old and upwards, children must be supervised. 

This is an outdoor workshop, so dress appropriately.  

There will be some hands-on opportunities for those who wish during the session. 

Please arrive ten mins before the official start time.
