Smokiedokies is a custom build mobile smokehouse built from a reclaimed 3200ltr tank. We cook our locally sourced meats in our secret spice rubs over eco friendly locally produced oak briquettes to create that true bbq flavour and the smell is just as mouth watering as the food it’s self. We serve a selection of sauces slaws and pickles of which a lot of the ingredients are home grown in my garden making them supper fresh and with 0 food miles.
