All Ages (under 12s accompanied by an adult).Many people want to live more sustainably but feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice, expensive eco products, pressure to do everything but the Sustainable Home Starter reframes sustainability as accessible, affordable, creative and rooted in everyday life.This is an interactive, family-friendly demo-and-make space designed to show how small, practical changes at home can reduce waste, save money and build confidence.There’ll be demos, but you won’t just watch, you’ll learn, handle materials, ask questions and leave with something practical you’e made yourselves.Our focus is always simple: using what we already have, in ways that feel doable so everything demonstrated will be made from basic refill ingredients from our refill van, Vanny Devito, which will also be on site, scrap textiles, household staples and low-cost, widely available materials so that the message is clear that you don’t need a full lifestyle overhaul.
