Calder’s Kitchen was formed by Andrew Calder after discovering his Grandad Charlie’s original Piccalilli recipe and then selling it in Christmas hampers at work to raise money for a school in Tanzania.
We later developed two spicy variations; Chillililli (medium) followed by the hot & spicy Sillylilli – Delicious!
We now have a lovely range of chutney’s to go with the pickles, supply local shops and more recently, cafes, deli’s and pubs with our catering size packs.
